HI' I'm Kev Colman, and I am the owner and Principal of Dimbulah Real Estate, right here in the friendly North Queensland Town of Dimbulah.
The Farming Town of Dimbulah is located on the beautiful Atherton Tablelands, North Queensland, and approximately 110 Klms. west of Cairns and 48 Klms from the town of Mareeba.
All farms are serviced by a huge channel and river irrigation system, backed up by Tinaroo Dam and smaller weirs along the way, allowing Farmers to have constant access to water for irrigation of crops and Livestock all year round.
Dimbulah was originally a rich Tobacco farming Town, but now local farms produce mangoes, avocadoes, pawpaws, lychees, limes, lemons, dragonfruit, longons, tea tree and many other crops are produced in the area.There is always work to be found on the surrounding farms, some work is seasonal, and some farms employ farm hands all year round.
People in the horse industry and people who have horses as a hobby, have been attracted to the area of late, mainly because of climate and ground conditions.
